Peter Pan's Neverland
Universal Studios Japan

Most projects of this scale operate on a 4- to 5-year timeline. However, our exceptional creative team accomplished the incredible feat of bringing this show from design through construction, load-in, and finally to rehearsals on the floating stages in the lagoon in just 9 months from the first concept meeting to the show's opening!
This production is a Broadway-style original musical spectacular staged on the central lagoon of Universal Studios Japan (USJ). It features three enormous floating stages transformed from the original park's opening show into Captain Hook's Pirate Ship, the Lost Boys' Tree, and the Indian Village.
A central stage, shaped like a mermaid's tail, allows for grand staging and dynamic dance performances, while mini trampoline lily pads enable performers to bounce effortlessly between the various stages.
This vibrant 20-minute show occurs nightly and showcases stunning costumes, impressive lighting, incredible stunts, and massive pyrotechnic effects. Additionally, a fly line apparatus set 100 feet in the air lets the characters Peter and Wendy soar majestically above the enchanting floating world of Neverland.
